Designed an intuitive self service portal that is visually compelling and customer focused, providing easy access to request services, ask for help and check on the status of any request from both desktop and mobile. In addition, it also facilitates self-help with the implementation of knowledge so users can access relevant articles as they relate to catalog items. Was also involved in the creation of job aids and subsequent training materials, including executive PowerPoints and interactive website, for employees to quickly and easily adopt the new portal features.
