Designed the support site for an innovative technology company that reflects a modern, proactive and brand-loyal user experience. The interface establishes a prescriptive pathway to support, encouraging users to increase self-service first through knowledge articles organized by category and relevance, then subsequently through submitting a ticket and customer support chat capabilities. Personalization is another unique touch to this interface through the use of custom welcome messaging and the ability to inventory and troubleshoot purchased products accordingly.
